If aluminium mounting profiles are used in pool landscapes or in the imme-
diate vicinity of swimming pools, there is a risk that water may penetrate
as a result of corrosion. This can result in short circuits, fire, and electric
shocks.
– Only use stainless steel profiles (V4A) in pool landscapes and in the
immediate vicinity of swimming pools.

Up to 4 LED modules can be supplied via one power supply using the 2-way and 4-way dis-
tributors available. If distributors are to be used, it is imperative to ensure that the connected
power supply can provide sufficient power to cover the power requirements of the connected
LED tubes » "Technical data for the power supply" on page 65 .
Profile end caps »
Profile end caps can be installed as an option. Profile end caps are used to protect the
mounting profiles against the penetration of tile adhesive and grout. The anchoring leg is
embedded with joint material between the profile and tile.
Cavity wall socket with sealing collar »
A cavity wall socket with an attached sealing collar can be used to create closed cavities to
make space for the plug connectors.
Self-adhesive sealing membrane»
The self-adhesive sealing membrane is used to seal the openings of the cavity wall socket
next to the mounting profile so that no tile adhesive is able to penetrate during tiling.
ProCut (optional)
Schlüter -ProCut is designed as a special tool for cutting LED tubes. Thanks to an adapted
®
shearing mechanism, a contact surface with a marked angle scale and a cutting geometry
optimised for LED tubes, ProCut facilitates the production of sufficiently accurate and clean
cutting surfaces. This allows silicone sealing caps to be fitted and glued to cut-to-length LED
tubes as intended.
