Possible cause
‚ Are the batteries empty or inserted the
wrong way around?
‚ Is the scale located on a firm, even surface?
‚ Is a device that can cause electromagnetic
disturbances located in the vicinity of the
scale?
‚ Remove the batteries from the scale and
wait a moment. Reinsert the batteries. The
data stored up to this point will be retained.
‚ The maximum capacity of the scale (180 kg)
has been exceeded.
‚ The measured weight is under 3 kg.
‚ The battery is empty.
‚ You are not standing on the scale correctly.
Both feet must be touching the sensors.. It
is also possible that the soles of your feet
are too dry.
‚ The fat proportion % is too low: Below 4%
nothing can be displayed.
‚ General error (e.g. if obviously incorrect
personal data has been entered).
