f) Reagent Strips
• Test reagents must be used within the best before date.
• Do not leave DPD-1 and DPD-4 reagent strips and samples unattended. They
could be swallowed by children and pets.
• The reagent strip pads are not hazardous but may cause irritation.
• Avoid the following types of contact:
Contact First Aid
Flush with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes.
Eyes
Contact a physician.
Skin Rinse with copious amounts of water. Contact a physician.
Consume 1-2 glasses of water. Call a physician or poison
Ingestion
control.
