Procedure
Place the food on a microwave safe
container in the centre of the turntable.
Do not cover.
Place the cup(s) on the turntable and stir
after heating.
Choose potatoes of similar size and wash
them, then place the potatoes onto the
glass turntable. After cooking, allow to
stand for approx. 5 minutes before serv-
ing.
Place the vegetables in a large micro-
wave safe glass bowl. Cover with a glass
lid or plastic wrap. After cooking, stir
then stand covered for 1-5 minutes.
Place the pizza on a plate in the centre of
the turntable. Do not cover.
Place the bowl(s) on the turntable and
stir after heating.
Prewash rolled oats until water runs
clear. Place rolled oats in a large micro-
wave safe glass bowl. Cover with more
hot water. Cook uncovered. After cook-
ing stir&stand uncovered for 5 mins.
Removing wrapping and place frozen
item on a shallow, microwave safe plas-
tic defrost rack. If necessary, shied thin
areas with aluminium foil to prevent the
item from cooking while defrosting. Turn
the item over when the oven stops and
the signal beeps during defrosting.
If desired, season with salt, pepper and
paprika. Place the steak on the on the
rack. Do not cover. Turn the items over
when the the oven stops and the signal
beeps during cooking.
