Plain When you are making pasta with
Pasta/noodle flour and water only, select the
"Plain Pasta" program
When you are making pasta with
flour and other ingredients (eggs
Egg/Flavored
or veggie juice), select the "Egg/
Pasta/noodle
Flavored Pasta" program
For dumpling sheet or soba, select
this program as well.

Wait until the flour weight is confirmed, and
then press the liquid calculation button
