5.3 CE scale
The CE scale (9) permits indications from +20 to -30°. The
CE scale (9) is divided into a plus and a minus side. The scale
is readable with an accuracy of 1°. In this example the CE
indicator (8) shows a CE angle of +2°.
5.4 BP scale
The BP scale (6) permits indications of +/- 15° . The BP scale
(6) is divided into a plus and a minus side of 15°. The scale
is readable with an accuracy of 1°. In this example the BP
indicator (5) shows BP angle of 0°.

6 Practical Use on the Patient
6.1 Preparing the registration
Place the bite fork (2) between the two Gnathometer CAD
bite rim supports and instruct the patient to keep the mouth
closed so that the bite fork is secured in a stable manner.
