THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF THE PDM HAS BEEN:
• changed or modified by any person or entity other than
Insulet Corporation without Insulet Corporations' consent;
• serviced or repaired by any person or entity other than Insulet
Corporation or its authorized representative; or damaged by
an act of God, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, wear and
tear, unreasonable use, or by other causes unrelated to
defective materials or workmanship.
Miscellaneous
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS
WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. ANY APPLICABLE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, INCLUDING
WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN
DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT
SHALL INSULET CORPORATION, ITS SUPPLIERS, OR ITS
DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL
DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
WARRANTY OR CONDITION ON THE PDM. Some jurisdictions do
not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty or
condition lasts, and some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so the
above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This
Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. This
Warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada.

No Other Warranty
This Warranty is understood to be the complete and exclusive
warranty for the PDM. No employee of Insulet Corporation,
Insulet Canada Corporation or any other party is authorized to
make any warranty in addition to those made in this Warranty.
