In remote mode you can open the purge valve (N.C.) connecting
pin10 of J1 to pin 9, or supply-ing 24 Vdc between pin 10 and pin 15.
The same thing occurs for the vent valve with pin 12.
Note that the vent and purge valve can also be controlled by means of
the serial connection (see the following diagram for details).
