Change The Sear Burner Orifice
1.
Disconnect the quick connector.
2.
Set the lock bar in unlock position.
3.
Use a screwdriver to remove screw from the igniter pin
and two screws on the rear of the searing burner.
4.
Lift the burner starting from the back, as shown.
5.
Use a 6 mm socket wrench or 6 mm nut driver to remove
the orifice and replace with the natural gas orifice.
IMPORTANT: Check that the NG orifice is properly
installed inside of the valve.
6.
Reinstall the sear burner. Make sure the sear burner tube
is inserted into the gas valve, as shown.
7.
Reinstall the two screws to the rear of the searing burner.
Reinstall the igniter pin.
