Cutter Bar Maintenance Schedule
The following is a list of individual maintenance points for the cutter bar mower. Points not listed here should be
carried out by an authorized maintenance workshop.
Important
Let the cutter bar adjust by a work shop after 1-2 h effective time of operation.
Maintenance
Check oil level
Check brakes
Check safety devices
Check tightness of all nuts and
bolts
Check Damper
Check fuel and oil for vessels
for leaks
Check cutting blades and
sharpen if necessary
Check and clean engine
cooling air intake
Clean cutting beam
Clean carrying pivot and cutter
head
Grease carrying pivot and
cutter head
Grease all nipples
Clean air filter foam element
Check tyre pressure
Check drive belts
Grease variator alignment pin
guide
Change oil and dispose of
used oil accordingly

Check and adjust throttle
linkage
Change air filter
Change fuel filter
Change spark-plug
Clean and dry store motor

1) Clean and change more often if used in dusty conditions
2) Initial change after 5 hours, otherwise after every mowing season
