All prices stated by us are including the German Value Added Tax (VAT).
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase contract within 2 weeks without mentioning any reasons by informing us in writing (i.e. letter, fax, email) or
by returning the merchandise. The period starts at the earliest with the receipt of this legal information.
To exercise your right of withdrawal simply send your withdrawal letter or return the merchandise within the stated period to:

Consequences of the withdrawal
In the case of a legally effective withdrawal both sides agree to exchange merchandise/service against moneys received and compensate for re-
ceived benefi ts (i.e. interest). If you cannot return the received merchandise/service in full or partially or only in a lesser condition as received, you
will have to compensate us accordingly. This will not take effect, if the worsening of the merchandise was unavoidable during the inspection of the
merchandise, as you would have been able to do when purchasing in a store. You can avoid your responsibility for compensation by not using the
merchandise like you property and avoiding anything, which may lessen the value of it.
The cost of the return shipping are your responsibility, if the delivered merchandise arrived as ordered or if the price of the returned merchandise
does not exceed EURO 40,00, or in case of a higher price of the merchandise you have not yet rendered your service in return or you have not
rendered a contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise the return is free of charge for you.
Shipments, which cannot be packaged will be picked up at your location.
Obligations for payment have to be fulfi lled within 30 days of mailing the withdrawal.
Payment terms
Payments are due upon order placement. We are offering COD (within Germany EURO 2,50 DOD fee collected by the forwarder, in a foreign
countries the local shipping charges and COD fees will apply), credit card payments, bank draft, prepayment. For initial orders we only accept pre-
payment or COD (Cash On Delivery). But we reserve the right to request prepayment or COD on further shipments, too.
For orders below EURO 25.00 a surcharge of EURO 2,50 will be applied.
Condition of ownership
All merchandise remains our property until paid in full.
Warranty for used merchandise
If the merchandise shipped is used merchandise, the legal warranty period will be reduced to one year.

companies" apply.
