Mounting

12.2.1 Anschluss an die Absauganlage

The machine should only be operated together with an
extraction system!
The extraction should a suction of min. 570m³ / h and a
face velocity of 20 m / s for drying wood chips and 790m³ /
h suction with min.
Exhaust speed 28m / s have for wet wood chips.
Use flexible suction hoses with 100mm diameter. Attach the
suction hose with a clamp on the suction connection (A) on
the back of Fräshaube.
The total length of the suction tube should not exceed 10m.
HOLZMANN-MASCHINEN engines provides high quality flexible suction hoses with metal spiral
guide, clamps and suitable extraction systems.
12.3

Electrical connection

12.3.1 Earthing connection

When working on an ungrounded machine:
Serious injury due to electric shock in the event of a malfunction possible!
Therefore: Machine must be grounded and be connected to a grounded outlet
The electrical connection of the machine is ready for operation on a grounded electrical outlet!
The plug must be connected only to a properly fitted and grounded electrical outlet!
The supplied plug must not be changed. If the plug does not fit or is defective, only a qualified
electrical engineer may modify or replace these plugs!
The grounding conductor is green-yellow!
In the event of repair or replacement of the grounding conductor must not be connected to an
under voltage can!
Check with a qualified electrician or service that the grounding instructions are understood and
the machine is grounded!
A damaged cable must be replaced immediately!

OPERATION

13.1

Adjustments before initial

Before any adjustments, the machine must be disconnected from the power supply to avoid
the risk of accidental switching on the machine!
use protective gloves.
Only milling cutter with a diameter of max. 170mm over work table.
