Remove the instrument update files from the USB flash drive. Save the
instrument update files again to the USB flash drive.
Connect the USB flash drive to the instrument. Start the instrument
update procedure again.
Contact technical support.

system "FAT32" is installed on the USB flash drive.
Set the power to off, wait 20 seconds and then set the power to on
again. Connect the USB flash drive. Start the instrument update
procedure again.
