On reception of an external start pulse, application takes place, ie the valve
opens and the rotor spray comes into operation.
At the end of the application period the valve closes. The rotor spray
continues to operate (see pre-set run-on time).
At the end of the run-on time the 'completed' message is displayed
externally.
