4 Functional description
The electro-pneumatic metering unit MULTILINE 1000 is used for the application of
single-component cyanoacrylate adhesives, anaerobic single-component adhesives
as well as oils, using an electropneumatic valve or rotor spray.
The parts of the unit which come into contact with the product are solvent-neutral, so there
is no possibility of premature polymerisation.
Two versions are available, depending on the viscosity of the substances to be
applied:
n Application of low to medium vis-cosity products (5 - 2,000 mPa/s)

Description of programme sequence

When the mains voltage is switched on, the control logic restores the status last set in the
unit (automatic or continuous operation).
The control unit retains this status until an external or manual start pulse starts the
metering.
