5.2 Pushing back the B-post
If the B-post has collapsed inside the vehicle, you can press it back into its original
shape using the LX CLAW and a hydraulic rescue ram�
Position the claws on the two B-posts opposite each other and extend the cylinder
until both claws are in contact with the LX CLAW's support bar� Make sure that the
cylinder is positioned as horizontally as possible to ensure optimum force�
ATTENTION!
The pushing operation should only be continued until the angle
between the cylinder's piston rod and the LX CLAW is less than
45°� Otherwise, there is a risk of damaging the piston as well as
a risk of slipping�
ATTENTION!
Only the central rod should be used as a support surface�
