VORSICHT
Mögliche Beeinträchtigung
der Druckluftanlage durch
Kondensat!
Beim halbautomatischem Kondensatablass (I)
wird Kondensat nur abgelassen, wenn der Behäl-
ter drucklos ist. Bei längerem Betrieb kann das
Kondensat den maximalen Füllstand übersteigen
und in die Druckluftanlage gelangen. Dies kann
zur Beschädigung der Druckluftanlage führen.
❚ Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig den Füllstand im
Sammelbehälter.
❚ Lassen Sie das Kondensat manuell ab, wenn
das Kondensat den maximalen Füllstand (b)
erreicht hat.
❚ Lassen Sie das Kondensat nicht unkontrolliert
in die Umgebung ab.
Halbautomatischer Kondensatablass (I)
Der halbautomatische Kondensatablass schließt
ab einem Druck > 1,5 bar und öffnet bei einem
Betriebsdruck < 1,5 bar.
Vollautomatischer Kondensatablass (II)
Ausführung „normal offen":
Bei der Ausführung „normal offen" schließt der
Kondensatablass bei einem Druck > 1,5 bar und
öffnet bei einem Betriebsdruck < 1,5 bar. Das
Ventil öffnet selbsttätig, sobald der Schwimmer
seinen Höchststand erreicht und schließt wieder
beim Erreichen des Tiefststandes.
Ausführung „normal geschlossen":
Der Kondensatablass ist unabhängig vom
Betriebsdruck geschlossen. Das Ventil öffnet
sich selbsttätig, sobald der Schwimmer seinen
Höchststand erreicht hat, und schließt wieder
beim Erreichen des Tiefststandes.
Semi- and fully automatic condensate
drain
CAUTION
The condensate could cause
damage to the compressed air
system!
Condensate is drained in semi-automatic drains
only when the reservoir is in a pressure-free
state. Over long periods of operation, the con-
densate can exceed maximum capacity and get
into the compressed air system. This could dam-
age the compressed air system.
❚ Regularly check the capacity of the collecting
container.
❚ If the condensate reaches maximum capacity
(b), drain the condensate manually.
❚ Do not blow off the condensate uncontrollably
into the environment.
Semi-automatic condensate drain (I)
The semi-automatic condensate drain closes at
a pressure > 1.5 bar and opens at an operating
pressure < 1.5 bar.
Fully automatic condensate drain (II)
"Normally open" confi guration:
In the "normally open" confi guration, the con-
densate drain closes at a pressure > 1.5 bar and
opens at an operating pressure < 1.5 bar. The
valve opens automatically as soon as the fl oater
reaches the highest point and closes again when
the fl oater reaches the lowest point.
"Normally closed" confi guration:
The condensate drain is closed regardless of the
operating pressure. The valve opens automati-
cally as soon as the fl oater reaches the highest
point and closes again when the fl oater reaches
the lowest point.
