b) Cleaning
Disconnect the devices from the power supply and leave them to cool down before cleaning.
The devices are maintenance-free; therefore, never open them. If you open it, the guarantee will expire.
Only clean them with a soft, dry cloth or a brush. Never use abrasive cleaning agents or chemical solutions
as these could damage the surfaces of the casings.
The fog machine can be cleaned with a moist cloth on the outside. Never use any aggressive cleaning
agents, chemical solutions or abrasives.
Avoid deposits and residue in the fog fluid channels by using a special fog machine cleaner. Observe the
instructions for cleaning liquid.
14. Disposal
a) Product
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household waste!
Dispose of the product according to the applicable statutory provisions at the end of its service
life.
Remove any inserted battery from the remote control and dispose of it separately from the pro-
duct.
b) Batteries and Rechargeable Batteries
You as the end user are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used batteries/rechargeable
batteries. Disposing of them in household waste is prohibited!
Batteries/rechargeable batteries that contain any hazardous substances are labelled with the
adjacent icon to indicate that disposal in domestic waste is forbidden. The descriptions for the
respective heavy metals are: Cd=cadmium, Hg=mercury, Pb=lead (the names are indicated on
the battery/rechargeable battery e.g. below the rubbish bin symbol shown on the left).
You may return used batteries/rechargeable batteries free of charge at the official collection
points of your community, in our stores, or wherever batteries/rechargeable batteries are sold!
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
