2. Remove the connecting cable from the communication sensor:
– If the upstream station has no StationLink and the downstream station has StationLink, remove the
cable from the transmitter of the one-way light barrier on the left-hand side of the MPS
StationLink.
– If the upstream station has StationLink and the downstream station has no StationLink, remove the
cable from the receiver of the one-way light barrier on the right-hand side of the MPS
StationLink.
2.1 Connect the M8 plug of the connecting cable to the sensor cable of the MPS
that has become free and connect the safety connector of the connecting cable as shown in the
illustration into the safety plugs of the control panel of the MPS
2.2 Connect the M8 plug of the connecting cable to the sensor cable at the MPS
that has now become free and connect the safety connector of the connecting cable as shown in the
illustration into the safety plugs of the control panel of the MPS
