must not be damaged...
 Any damage to the coupling elements (C hook or mechanical system) by deformation,
cracks, etc. requires the scrapping of the concerned straps.
 Any damage of the polyurethane by cut, tearing, unsticking is revealing a possible
deterioration of the core and the possible inaptitude of the strap in use.
 A strap of which the polyurethane is damaged so much so as to expose the core must
be removed from service for examination by a competent person.

100% polyester strap, impregnated on 2
sides
 Flexible straps for a use with common
loads without sharp edges, offering a
good resistance to abrasion
 Good grip
100% polyester strap, coated on 1 side and
impregnated on the other side :
 Straps for use with a difficult load with
sharp edges
 Use of the coated side for a high
resistance to abrasion and cuts
 Excellent grip
 Hardness of the coated polyurethane :
80 shore
100% polyester strap, coated on both sides
 Relatively stiff straps for use with very
difficult loads with sharp edges
 Use of both coated sides for a high
resistance to abrasion and cuts
 Excellent grip
 Hardness of the coated polyurethane :
80 shore
Staps with metallic bondings :
 Straps with a very high resistance to
cuts. Use with very difficult loads with
sharp edges
 Use of both coated sides for a big
resistance to abrasion and cuts
 Excellent grip
 Hardness of the coated polyurethane :

The coated straps resist without slipping to the sharp edges of the load.
But the straps do not resist to really sharp and cutting edges, points in the passage on
holes, etc.
It is obligatory to avoid any slipping of the strap when it passes on sharp edges
