Handle
You can also use your O'Plancha with a pan handle (F62160).
A "click" signals that the handle is correctly in place.
QUALITY OF THE MATERIALS
Mastrad designed O'Plancha with high-quality materials which comply with today's food
standards. They do not interact with food and preserve ingredients' nutritional and taste-related
qualities.
The resistance properties of stainless steel combined with aluminum core result in even
distribution of heat.
O'Plancha has been designed for heavy daily use.
Plancha
The plancha has a thermo-diffuser base. Heat is evenly-distributed without hot spots, and food
is cooked more quickly and evenly.
The aluminum core is encapsulated in stainless steel, which makes cleaning easier (no direct
contact with the aluminum).
Lid Lid
