Thank you for choosing O'Plancha, a genuine multipurpose cooking tool. You can use your
O'Plancha daily, both indoors (on any stovetop) and outdoors (even on the barbeque).
Versatile and truly innovative, O'Plancha will quickly become an indispensable tool in your
home and help you make your most delicious recipes!
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
Compatible with all stovetops (gas, electric, vitroceramic, or induction cooking hobs),
O'Plancha is also ovenproof (max 425°F/220°C/gas mark 7) and can even be used on the
barbeque. It has been designed for static operation during cooking.
O'Plancha's thermal-diffuser base contains 3 layers of different materials, thereby insuring
optimal heat distribution.
WARNING: The temperature of O'Plancha rises very quickly. We recommend using a cooking
probe (NOT an infrared thermometer) to monitor the temperature of your plancha. Once
the desired temperature has been reached, LOWER the heat source to avoid overcooking
your food. When cooking over a GAS burner, make sure that the flame never goes past the
thermal-diffuser base.
O'PLANCHA ACCESSORIES
Plancha
Thanks to its rimless design, you can use spatulas to turn
food over the entire surface with ease.
O'Plancha also has ridges along its edges to contain any
excess cooking juices; you can then conveniently use a bulb

Lid
O'Plancha is equipped with a lid for making flavorful dishes
that require a longer cooking time. The removable lid can
also be used as a food dome.
Use: Preheat the Combo (Plancha + lid) over medium heat
setting before cooking your food.
Thermometer
The built-in lid thermometer allows you to precisely monitor
the temperature of your food as it cooks.
Smoker Racks
The racks can be used to smoke and/or flavor food.
Use: Precook the food that you wish to smoke. Preheat your O'Plancha on low heat setting with the lid
on; sprinkle the grill with a smoking/seasoning product (tea, food-grade wood pellets, aromatic herbs,
spices, etc.). Add the racks to the O'Plancha and place the precooked ingredients on the racks. Cover
and let the ingredients smoke for about 10 minutes.
Tip: You can also use the racks for cooling food that you have cooked.
