10.2 Appliance installation
f Install the appliance on the wall mounting bracket or mount-
f
ing panel.
10.3 Electrical connection
WARNING Electrocution
Carry out all electrical connection and installation work
in accordance with relevant regulations.
Before any work on the appliance, disconnect all poles
of the appliance from the power supply.
WARNING Electrocution
The connection to the power supply is only permissi-
ble as a permanent connection in conjunction with the
removable cable grommet. The appliance must be able
to be separated from the power supply by an isolator
that disconnects all poles with at least 3 mm contact
separation.
WARNING Electrocution
Ensure that the appliance is earthed.

Observe the type plate. The specified voltage must match
the mains voltage.

f Prepare the power cable.
f
f Pull the cable grommet out downwards while pressing on
f
the locking hooks.
f Route the power cable through the "entry electrical cables I"
f
(see chapter "Specification / Dimensions and connections").
f Open the "entry electrical cables II" on the knock-out. Con-
f
nect the heat pump manager control cable with the fitting
provided.
f Click the cable grommet back into place.
f
f Connect the power cable with the desired output and the
f
heat pump manager control cable in accordance with the
wiring diagrams (see chapter "Specification / Wiring dia-
grams and terminals").
f Remove the adhesive fascia from the lower cover.
f
f Fully secure the adhesive fascia provided.
f
f Secure the wiring diagram label provided to the interior of
f
the lower cover.
f Undo the screws on the controller.
f
f Pull off the temperature selector.
f
f Fit the lower cover.
f
f Secure the controller to the lower cover using screws.
f
f Fit the temperature selector.
f
f Tick the selected connected load and voltage on the type
f
plate with a ballpoint pen.

f Affix the type plate provided in the position depicted.
