INTENDED USE
The DC308/DC318 heavy-duty jigsaws are
designed for professional cutting of wood, steel,
aluminium, plastic and ceramic material at various
work sites (i.e., construction sites). DO NOT use
under wet conditions or in presence of fl ammable
liquids or gases.
These heavy-duty jigsaws are professional power
tools. DO NOT let children come into contact
with the tool. Supervision is required when
inexperienced operators use this tool.

voltage corresponds to the voltage on the rating
plate. Also make sure that the voltage of your
charger corresponds to that of your mains.

Mains plug replacement
(U.K. & Ireland only)
• Should your mains plug need replacing and you
are competent to do this, proceed as instructed
below. If you are in doubt, contact an authorized
D WALT repair agent or a qualifi ed electrician.

• Cut off the plug and dispose of it safely; a plug
with bared copper conductors is dangerous if
engaged in a live socket outlet.
