noodle select the "Plain Pasta"
program
When you are making
Egg/ pasta with flour and other
Flavored ingredients (eggs or veggie
Pasta/ juice), select the "Egg/
noodle
Flavored Pasta" program
For dumpling sheet or soba,
select this program as well.
10 Wait until the flour weight is confirmed,
and then press the liquid calculation
button and the required amount of
water or egg mixture displays on the
screen.
Note:
• Only press the liquid calculation button
after the flour weight is confirmed on the
display.

Measure the correct amount of water,
egg mixture or vegetable mixture with
the supplied water cup.
