Routine Maintenance

It is a good idea to routinely clean on and around the machine, brush off the machine on
the exterior surfaces and empty Waste Bin regularly. As the feed belts collect dirt and
dust, the operator should clean with a mild cleaning solution as needed. This will prolong
the life of the machine as well as maintain optimum performance. Cleaning the flat red
Poly-V belt is not recommended and could cause damage to the belt and/or the letter
opener.
