General Information

Both models are high speed milling cutter letter openers, capable of opening up to 40,000
envelopes per hour depending on the length and thickness of the envelope. The letter
opener opens the envelopes one at a time by milling off one side of the envelope and can
be delivered with counter. New is a third black feed belt, included to improve feed
alignment for large envelopes.
The model 3063 /IM-20 stacks the opened envelopes at the tray placed on the table at the
right hand side panel. The Model 3073/IM-25 transports the opened envelopes back to the
operator with the Conveyor. This allows the operator to continuously feed envelopes
without moving or stopping the machine. This letter opener can be delivered with a
variable speed, making it possible to change the speed of the envelopes passing through
the machine.

Setting Up

Your new Letter Opener will need some setup before you can begin use. Please see the
following page for instruction on assembling Waste Tube, Waste Bin and Table/Stand, all of
which are found at the bottom of the shipping container.
