During use
Wiper
If the visor mists over, it can be cleared by wiping. The wiper is
actuated via a lever on the outside of the visor. The wiper must then
be returned to its basic position in the middle of the visor.
At low temperatures
Use "klar-pilot" anti-fog agent to prevent fogging of the visor.
At alternating high and low temperatures
Leave the danger zone immediately if there are any signs of damage,
e.g., bubbles in the visor.
Chemicals
Certain substances, such as H
2
and then released by the facepiece material, especially silicone. For
more information please contact Dräger.
Potentially explosive areas
If the Panorama Nova RP is used in potentially explosive areas,
apply antistatic spray or water mist to the facepiece.
Otherwise there is danger of explosion due to electrostatic charge.

WARNING
After use
Do not doff the facepiece unless you are decontaminated and in a
safe environment.
● Disconnect the closed-circuit breathing apparatus: Press button
and at the same time pull out the plug-in coupling from the
connection piece.
To prevent damage, do not pull the connection piece!
● Remove the facepiece:
Slide your index finger under the ends
of the neck straps, press the clamps
forwards with your thumbs and evenly
pull the facepiece over your head and
off your face.
Use instructions for NIOSH-approved full facepieces
