Maintenance
Recommended test and maintenance intervals
The following are recommendations from the DGUV-R 112-190,
which applies in Germany. Observe national directives.

Cleaning and disinfecting
Clean and disinfect the full face mask after every use.
WARNING
The mask body must be thoroughly cleaned, so that no residue of
any skin care product remains on the mask body. Otherwise, the
elasticity of the seals can be compromised and the mask will not fit
properly.
Do not use any solvents (e.g. acetone, alcohol) or abrasive cleaning
agents to clean and disinfect the full face mask. Only clean the mask
using the described methods and cleaning/disinfecting agents.
Other agents, dosages and contact times can damage the product.
For information about suitable cleaning agents and
disinfectants and their specifications, refer to document
9100081 at www.draeger.com/IFU.
Place the wipers in the centre of the visor.
Voice transmission/receiver set: Unscrew the microphone and
detach the receiver and ear cup. Only clean and disinfect the ear
cup (rubber part), protect the other parts from moisture.
Prepare a cleaning solution consisting of water and a cleaning
agent.
Clean all parts using a soft cloth with cleaning solution.
Thoroughly rinse all parts under running water.
Prepare a disinfectant bath consisting of water and a disinfectant.
Put all parts to be disinfected in the disinfectant bath.
Thoroughly rinse all parts under running water.
Dry all parts in the air or in a drying cabinet (temperature: max.
60 °C). Do not expose to direct sunlight.
