INSTALLING THE ES100
EVAPORATOR UNIT
1.
Fit the template according to the instructions given.
2.
Mark the position of the drilled holes. Avoid any possible
interference with electrical wires and parts of the vehicle
chassis.
3.
Drill blind holes to screw the evaporator unit in place.
Screw in the bolts and washers supplied for the ceiling.
Do not tighten.
4.
Cut the hole to route the moisture drain hose (diameter
22).
5.
Install the unit on the ceiling supported by the bolts
screwed in previously.
6.
Tighten the bolts.
EINBAU DES ES100-
VERDAMPFERGERÄTES
1.
Bringen Sie die Schablone gemäß den Anweisungen an.
2.
Markieren Sie die Positionen der zu bohrenden Löcher.
Achten Sie darauf, dass keine elektrischen Kabel oder
Teile des Fahrgestells im Weg sind.
3.
Sacklöcher bohren und Verdampfergerät anschrauben. Die
Bolzen und Unterlegscheiben für die Decke anschrauben.
Noch nicht anziehen.
4.
Schneiden Sie das Loch für die Ablaufschläuche (Ø 22).
5.
Setzen Sie das Gerät nun auf die vorher in die Decke
geschraubten Bolzen.
6.
Ziehen Sie die Schrauben fest.

1.
Fijar la plantilla siguiendo las indicaciones de la misma.
2.
Marcar la posición de los taladros. Evitar posibles
interferencias con cables eléctricos y elementos del chasis
del vehículo.
3.
Hacer taladros ciegos para enroscar los tornillos de
sujeción de la unidad evaporadora. Enroscar los tornillos y
arandelas suministrados al techo, sin apretar.
4.
Cortar el agujero para pasar la mangueras de desagüe
(Diámetro 22).
5.
Montar la unidad en el techo, dejandola sujeta mediante
los tornillos previamente enroscados.
6.
Apretar los tornillos.
T = 20 min.

L'ÉVAPORATEUR ES100
1.
Ajuster le gabarit selon les instructions fournies.
2.
Marquer les positions des trous percés. Éviter tout contact
avec les fils électriques et les pièces du châssis du
véhicule.
3.
Percer des trous borgnes pour y visser le groupe
évaporateur. Visser les écrous et rondelles fournis pour
le plafond, sans trop serrer.
4.
Découper le trou de façon à pouvoir faire passer le flexible
de vidange d'humidité (diamètre 22).
5.
Installer le groupe au plafond. Les écrous vissés
précédemment servent de support.
6.
Serrer les boulons.
SINSTALLAZIONE DELL'UNITÀ

1.
Regolare il modello in base alle istruzioni.
2.
Annotare la posizione dei fori che sono stati praticati.
Evitare il contatto con i cavi elettrici e con il telaio del
veicolo.
3.
Praticare dei fori ciechi per poter avvitare l'unità
evaporatore in posizione. Avvitare i bulloni e gli
spallamenti in dotazione per il soffitto. Non stringere.
4.
Praticare il foro in modo da consentire il passaggio della
manichetta di drenaggio dell'umidità (D 22).
5.
Installare l'unità sul soffitto fissandola con i bulloni
avvitati in precedenza.
6.
Serrare i bulloni.
