Remove the spark plug and reattach
the plug wire/boot. Place the threaded
end of the spark plug against the
muffler. Turn over the engine and look
for a spark.

The engine will not start if too much
fuel is in the cylinder. Excess fuel can
be removed as noted. Excess fuel can
be drained by removing the spark plug
and following the steps below.

1. Remove the spark plug. Press and hold
the ROSS button for 2 seconds.
2. Replace the spark plug and make sure
the boot is tightly secured.
