To attach the product to the concrete
form
1. Make sure that the surface of the concrete form is
flat, clean and not painted.
2. Make sure that the concrete form is rigid. If the
concrete form is not rigid, it must be made stronger
with a welded plate.
3. Attach the product to the concrete form or to the
welded plate with bolts or brackets. Refer to
attach the product with bolts à la page 61 and To
attach the product with brackets à la page 61 .
To attach the product with bolts
1. Attach the product directly to the concrete form or to
the mounting plate that is welded onto the concrete
form. Tighten the bolts to the correct torque. Refer to
Tightening torque à la page 72 .
MISE EN GARDE : Make sure that the
bolts are locking screws and made of
high resistance steel. The bolts must be
of strength class 8.8 or 10.9.
2. Do a check of the tightening torque after the first 30
minutes of operation and then after each 100 hours
of operation.
