To clean the product
MISE EN GARDE : Do not use a high-
pressure washer to clean the product.
• Use running water from a hose to clean the product.
• Remove concrete from the surfaces of the product
after each operation before the concrete becomes
hard.
To disassemble the product
Remarque : This instruction is a general procedure. The
procedure is slightly different between the products.
1. Remove the bolts (A) and the washers (B).

2. Remove the end cover (C).
3. Remove the bolt (D) and the washer (E).

4. Remove the eccentric weights (F).
Remarque : Make a note of the positions of the
eccentric weights.
5. Remove the screws (G) and the bearing cover (H).

6. Remove the bearing (I).
7. Remove the bearing bracket (J) and the stator (K).

MISE EN GARDE : Make sure that the
windings in the rotor (L) are not
damaged. Make sure that the seal (M)
and O-ring (N) are not damaged.
To assemble the product
Remarque : This instruction is a general procedure. The
procedure is slightly different between the products.
1. Clean the bearing with fuel and fill it with the
specified type and quantity of grease. Refer to
Bearing lubrication à la page 72 .
