MAINTENANCE
Maintaining Magazine
Keep your tool in good repair by adopting a
regular maintenance program. Keep the
magazine clean, dry and free of oil or
grease. Regularly use compressed air to
blow dust and dirt out of the magazine and
the sliding mechanism. Drywall applications
may require the magazine to be cleaned
two to three times daily. During use, check
for binding of moving parts. Remove heavy
dirt and glue from the sliding mechanism
regularly to prevent binding. If the sliding
mechanism binds in the magazine, pull the
sliding mechanism out of the magazine by
the depth control.
NOTE: Do not use any type of lubricant.
Repairs
Use only identical MILWAUKEE replace-
ment parts. Always take the tool to an au-
thorized MILWAUKEE service center for
repairs and maintenence.
