• After the removal of air from the solar system close the valve on the return, bring the
glycol pressure in the solar system to 4-5.5 bar, turn off the pump and close the valve
in the supply of solar installation. Gently open the valve on the return and empty the
system until reaching operating pressure. Follow the formula:
h <= 5 m
P solar installation = 1.5 bar
5 < h < 10 m
P solar installation = 2 bar
10 < h < 15
P solar installation = 2.5 bar
h – Static height of the installation (lowest and highest point)
The minimum pressure in the solar system is 1.5 bar.
• Unscrew the hoses of the filling station, turn the control valve of the flow meter into a
vertical position, close the shut-off valves at the flow meter (see fig.). The pump group is
now ready for controlling the flow.
NOTE:
The pressure of the extension tank is set according to the manufacturer's instructions (in
general it is 0.5 bar higher than the static pressure).
• Set the speed controller of the pump to the first level. The control valve is fully open.
Set the manual control of the pump at the solar controller to no speed control
(100% speed of the solar pump).
• Use a screw driver or a spanner to turn the valve as much as necessary to
obtain the required flow rate.
• If you cannot achieve the required flow rate, turn the speed controller
of the pump to a higher level.
Flow level control
The bottom edge of the float indicates the flow rate.
In diesem Fall beträgt die Durchflussrate 8 l/min. - Here the flow rate is 8 l/min..
