Cleaning the options

Cleaning interval for the powder module

Powder container (01) and the foam filter (05) must be cleaned every month. All
other parts must be disassembled and cleaned daily. Make sure before assem-
bling all the parts are well dried.

Disassembly of the powder module

1. For this work the machine must be switched-off.
2. Open the front door of the powder module with the key (Fig. 13, Pos A).
3. Unlock and remove the cover before deposit powder hoppers (Fig. 13, Pos.
B).
4. Closing the yellow closing caps (03). Lift the front of the container slightly
and attrakt them against you. Empty the containers.
5. Remove the two parts of the powder injection (02) with turning clockwise
and move forward.
6. The white plastic hose (09) beside the mixer cup (07), can be removed by
dragging is. On the other hand, the connector (10) will be open.
7. Turn the yellow ring (08) of the mixer cup against the watch hand (07).
8. Remove it and seperate the mixer cup (06).
9. Open the black plastic cover flap (04) and remove the foam filter (05).
10. Clean all parts thoroughly and wait until they are dried.
11. Put the parts in reverse order, together again.
