Basic points

• Under no circumstances may the coffee machine be cleaned with a hose or pressurized
water equipment. All cladding must only be wiped down with a damp cloth.
• For safety reasons, product dispensing is blocked during cleaning.
• A cleaning operation can never be interrupted. If the power fails, a new cleaning cycle
will be forced when the power returns.
• Cleaning agents must be stored out of the reach of children.
(CH: Poison class 5).
• Cleaning agents must be stored in a locked cupboard and may only be accessible to
authorized persons. The manufacturer accepts no liability in the event of misuse.
• You must always follow the instructions on the Rex-Royal Cappucleaner (57´045) and
Rex-Royal cleaning tablets (57´002) packaging.
• If the coffee machine is being used on a mobile truck, enough fresh water must be avai-
lable and the waste water/drip container must always be emptied before cleaning.

• Is your coffee machine equipped with a milk module (optional) must the cleaning of the
milk parts special attention be given. Pay attention with the descriptions of cleaning to
your equipment appropriate guidance with or without milk module.
