Cleaning the drinks outlet

For coffee machines with the milk module S400 R, the drinks outlet must be cleaned daily.
Disassemble the drinks outlet. Put its parts into the cleaning solution and leave them (ideally
overnight). Cleaning takes about 2-3 minutes.
1. For this work the machine must be turned-off.
2. Remove the plastic cover (Pos. 2) of the drinks outlet by pressing both buttons at the
neck of the outlet (Pos. 1).
3. Pull the locking lever of the milk outlet forward. Then remove the outlet through pull
down (Pos. 3).
4. Remove the intermediate piece by dragging down (Pos. 4).
5. Fill the container supplied with 0.5 liter of warm water. Then add about 30 ml of Rex-
Royal Cappucleaner (57´045).
6. Leave the parts in the cleaning solution (ideally overnight). Do not use foreign cleaners,
because those tipping the milk is not enough to solve.
7. Clean the inside of the connector with the supplied special brush.
8. Remove and clean the coffee outlet (Pos. 5 & 6).
9. Clean the parts of the milk outlet with water and the brush (57'370).
10. Put the parts in reverse order, together again.

Cleaning the bean hopper

The cleaning should be accomplished 1x monthly. Use a degreasing cleaner and a brush.
1. Pull the closure, at the foot of the bean hopper, so far as possible (Fig. 12).
2. The hoppers can now be lifted up and removed from the top of the coffee machine
(Fig. 12).
3. Empty coffee beans temporarily in another container.
4. The interior of the bean hoppers should be cleaned thoroughly with grease-busting de-
tergent and a brush.
5. To replace the bean hoppers, reverse the above process.
