Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für ein Qualitätsprodukt aus dem Hause Dentaurum entschieden haben.
Damit Sie dieses Produkt sicher und einfach zum größtmöglichen Nutzen für sich und die Patienten
einsetzen können, muss diese Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig gelesen und beachtet werden.
In einer Gebrauchsanweisung können nicht alle Gegebenheiten einer möglichen Anwendung
beschrieben werden.

2. Allgemeine Beschreibung
dinamique ® m selbstligierende Metallbrackets (Fig. 1) und dinamique
brackets (Fig. 2) entsprechen den Anforderungen der modernen Kieferorthopädie.
3. Verarbeitungsschritte
3.1. Patientenaufklärung
Klären Sie den Patienten über die möglichen Folgen und Risiken der Therapie mit Brackets auf,
insbesondere beim Debonding.
3.2. Zahnvorbehandlung
Prüfen Sie jeden Zahn sorgfältig auf eventuell vorhandene Schmelzschädigungen, um beim Debonding
nicht von Zahnschädigungen „überrascht" zu werden. Bitte beachten Sie für die Konditionierung der
Zähne die Herstellerangaben des jeweils verwendeten Bracket-Adhäsives.
3.3. Bracket-Adhäsivauswahl
Sie können dinamique
empfehlen CONTEC lc (REF 163-111-00), ConTec Go! (REF 163-321-00) und SmartBond
163-506-00). Bitte beachten Sie die Hersteller angaben des jeweiligen Bracket-Adhäsives sowie die
Tabelle Adhäsivsysteme in unserem Orthodontie-Katalog.
3.4. Entnahme und Handhabung
Fassen Sie dinamique
mesial-distal, um sie aus der Verpackung zu entnehmen und gemäß den folgenden Arbeitsschritten
zu handhaben. Die Basis der dinamique
berührt oder in irgendeiner Weise kontaminiert werden, da sonst die Haftung negativ beeinflusst
werden könnte.
3.5. Anwendung des Bracket-Adhäsives
Das jeweilige Bracket-Adhäsiv wird gemäß den Herstellerangaben vorbereitet. Tragen Sie eine kleine,
aber für die Benetzung der gesamten Bracketbasis ausreichende Menge auf die Mitte der Bracketbasis
auf. Dies garantiert eine optimale Haftung.
3.6. Applikation und Ausrichtung der Brackets
Nach dem Aufbringen des Adhäsives platzieren Sie das dinamique
gewohnt auf dem Zahn.
Achtung:

Antagonistenkontakt ist aufgrund der Abrasionsgefahr und / oder dem vorzeitigen Bracketverlust
unbedingt zu vermeiden. Bringen Sie ggf. eine Bisserhöhung durch einen Aufbiss an. Entfernen Sie vor
dem Aushärten das an der Bracketbasis ausgetretene, überschüssige Adhäsiv vollständig.
Achtung:
Achten Sie darauf, dass auf der Gingival- und Okklusalseite des Brackets kein Adhäsiv in die Mechanik
des Verschlusses (Clip) gelangt. Dies könnte die Funktion des Clips behindern oder zerstören.
Das Entfernen der Überschüsse ist für ein einfaches Debonding am Ende der Behandlung von
besonderer Bedeutung.
3.7. Funktionsweise des Clips / Ligieren der Bögen

nach dem Bonding den Anfangsbogen einligieren können. Drücken Sie hierzu den Bogen mit dem
einen Finger in den Slot des Brackets und schließen Sie den Clip mit dem anderen Finger. Dazu leicht

mit dem Finger auf die okklusale Fläche des Clips drücken (Fig. 3).
Alternativ können Sie auch den Bogen mit dem slotähnlichen Ende des sl-Instrumentes
(REF 023-276-00) in den Bracketslot drücken und den Clip mit dem Finger schließen.
Zum Öffnen der dinamique
buläre Öffnung des Clips einsetzen und vorsichtig nach okklusal ziehen. Der Clip springt auf (Fig. 4).
Dazu ist unbedingt das sl-Instrument (REF 023-276-00) zu verwenden!
Achtung:
Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie den Clip nur soweit öffnen bis der Slot frei zugänglich ist. Ein weiteres
Aufziehen des Clips führt zur plastischen Verformung und Zerstörung des Clips!
3.8. Bracket Debonding
Wir empfehlen, die evtl. verwendeten Ligaturen und die Bögen vor dem Debonding zu entfernen.
Lassen Sie den Patienten auf eine Watterolle beißen und entfernen Sie die Brackets mit einer
geraden oder abgewinkelten Debondingzange (z. B. REF 004-346-00 oder REF 004-347-00). Greifen
Sie hierzu in den Übergangsbereich zwischen Zahn und Bracket. Das Bracket kann diagonal oder
mesial / distal gegriffen werden. Drücken Sie die Zange vorsichtig zusammen und erhöhen allmählich
den Druck, um das Bracket vom Zahn zu lösen (Fig. 5 und 6).
Achtung:
Das Bracket nicht drehen oder vom Zahn abziehen!

vom Adhäsiv löst und eine Adhäsivschicht auf dem Zahn verbleibt. Diese kann dann mit Hart-
metallfinierern (z. B. REF 123-603-00 oder REF 123-604-00) und / oder Adhäsivreste-Entfernern
(z. B. REF 123-700-00 – REF 123-703-00) entfernt werden.

5. Sicherheitshinweise
Sollten auf einen oder mehrere der Inhaltsstoffe allergische Reaktionen bekannt sein, darf das
Produkt nicht angewendet werden.

7. Hinweise für Produkte zum einmaligen Gebrauch
Das Produkt ist nur zur einmaligen Verwendung vorgesehen. Die Wiederaufbereitung eines einmal
benutzten Produktes (Recycling) sowie dessen erneute Anwendung am Patienten ist nicht zulässig.

9. Hinweise für den Behandler / Patienten
Dieses Produkt enthält Nickel und Chrom. Patienten, bei denen eine Allergie gegen diese Metalle

2. General description

(Fig. 2) meet the requirements of modern orthodontics.
3. Processing
3.1. Informing the patient
Inform the patient about the possible consequences and risks of bracket treatment, in particular
during debonding.
3.2. Conditioning teeth
Check each tooth thoroughly for any existing damage to the enamel to avoid damaging the
tooth during debonding. For tooth conditioning, adhere to the manufacturer's instructions of the
bracket adhesive.
3.3. Selecting bracket adhesive
dinamique ® brackets can be bonded using all commercially available bracket adhesives. We
recommend CONTEC lc (REF 163-111-00), ConTec Go! (REF 163-321-00) and SmartBond
163-506-00). Please follow the instructions of the bracket adhesive manufacturer and observe the
table „Application for adhesives" in our Orthodontics Catalog.
3.4. Handling brackets

Grip the dinamique ® m / dinamique ® c brackets mesially-distally using clamping tweezers (e.g.
REF 025-277-00) to remove them from the packaging and handle according to the following steps.

contaminated in any way, as this could otherwise detrimentally affect the bond.
3.5. Applying bracket adhesive
Prepare the bracket adhesive according to the manufacturer's instructions. Apply a small amount of
adhesive to the center of the bracket base, enough to wet the entire bracket base. This guarantees
an optimum bond.
3.6. Placing and aligning brackets
After applying the adhesive, place the dinamique
the tooth.
Caution:
Avoid contact with the antagonist due to the risk of abrasion and / or premature bracket loss. If
necessary, a palatal bite raise can be used. Completely remove any excess adhesive before it

has cured.
Caution:
Ensure that no adhesive material enters the closing mechanism (clip) on the gingival and occlusal side
of the bracket, as this could restrict or destroy the functionality of the lid.
Removing the excess adhesive is particularly important to ensure easy debonding at the end
of treatment.
3.7. Using the clip / ligating the archwire
dinamique m / dinamique c brackets are delivered in open form so that you can ligate the archwire

directly after the bonding. Press the archwire with one finger into the slot of the bracket and close the
clip with another finger. To close the clip, press the occlusal surface of the clip with your finger (Fig. 3).
Alternatively, you can press the archwire into the bracket slot with the slot-like end of the sl-
instrument (REF 023-276-00) and close the clip with your finger.
To open the dinamique ® m / dinamique ®
opening of the clip and carefully pull towards occlusal. The clip opens (Fig. 4).
Always use the sl-Instrument (REF 023-276-00) to open the brackets!
Caution:
Open the clip just wide enough to allow access to the slot. Do not open further, as it can lead to
deformation and fracture of the clip!
3.8. Bracket debonding
We recommend removing the ligatures and archwires before debonding. Let the patient bite on a
cotton swab and remove the brackets with straight or angled debonding pliers (e.g. REF 004-346-00
or REF 004-347-00). Grab into the space between tooth and bracket. You can grab the bracket
diagonally or mesial-distally. Carefully press the pliers together and keep increasing the pressure to
debond the bracket from the tooth (Fig. 5 and 6).
Caution:
Do not turn or pull the bracket from the tooth!
dinamique m / dinamique c brackets will come off of the tooth without the adhesive, leaving a layer

of adhesive on the tooth. The adhesive layer can be removed with carbide burs (e.g. REF 123-603-00
or REF 123-604-00) and / or adhesive residue remover (e.g. REF 123-700-00 – REF 123-703-00).

The product should not be used if there is a known allergic reaction to one or more of the
material components.

7. Information for single use products
The product is intended for single use only. Reconditioning of a product that has already been used
(recycling) and its reuse on a patient is not permitted.
