NOTE:
Do not pump liquids containing
abrasive, solid, or fibrous
substances.
Do not use the pump for flow
rates beyond the specified flow
rates on the data plate.
Make sure that the liquid inside
the pump does not freeze or
crystallise.
The pumped liquid must be
chemically and mechanically
non aggressive.
The auto-ignition temperature
of the pumped liquid must be ≥
50°C (122°F) at the maximum
surface temperature T4.
In case of variable speed drive
(VSD) application, contact
Xylem or the Authorised
Distributor.
If you have purchased a pump
without a motor, make sure that
the motor is suitable for
coupling to the pump.
The motor shall be a B3
mounting arrangement type.
In case of variable speed drive
(VSD) application, contact Xylem
or the Authorised Distributor.
Special applications
Contact Xylem or the Authorised Distributor in
the following cases:
If the density and/or viscosity value of the
pumped liquid exceeds the value of water,
such as water with glycol; as it may
require a more powerful motor.
If the pumped liquid is chemically treated
(for example softened, deionized,
demineralized etc.).
Any situation that is different from the
ones that is described and relate to the
nature of the liquid.
3.2 Pump denomination
See Figure 2 for an explanation and location of
the ATEX adhesive label.
3.3 Data plate
The nameplate is located on the bearing bracket.
The nameplate lists key product specifications.
For more information, see Figure 1.
The nameplate provides information regarding
the impeller and casing material, the
mechanical seal and their materials. For more
information, see Figure 5.

3.4 Pump description

data plate, see Figure 6.
NOTICE:
For T4 operation the maximum temperature of
the pumped fluid must not exceed +90°C
(+194°F).
See Installing and Operating Instructions
manual of the motor.
Contact Xylem or the Authorised Distributor for
special applications.
