4.4 Using the comb attachments

4.5 Lubricating the cutters

Selecting the comb attachment: two
comb attachments (3-6 mm and 9-12
mm) are supplied.
Positioning the comb attachment:
grasp the comb attachment (B) by its
sides and slide and clip it into the slots
(A) on the casing. When the comb
attachment is correctly fixed, it is
immobilized. Then adjust the cutting
height (Figure 1, C).
Removing the comb attachment:
grasp it by the sides and pull it
backwards.
After 30 minutes of use, it is essential
to lubricate the cutter blades.
Switch the clippers off by pressing the
button (Figure 1, D).
Set the adjustment knob to the 1.9
mm position (Figure 5).
Detach the blades by pressing on the
spot shown by the arrow with your
thumb.
Apply 1 or 2 drops of lubricating oil on
the 5 points shown opposite.
