Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet at medium-
 
high heat . When the oil is about to smoke,
add the beef . Cook and flip the beef for
5 to 10 minutes until it turns brown . Transfer
the beef from the skillet to a plate . Keep the
remaining oil in the skillet .
Put the baby potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic,
 
thyme, and rosemary in the skillet . Fry for
10 minutes at medium heat . Transfer all these
ingredients to the baking tray 12, including
the oil .
Put the beef on top of the vegetables on the
 
baking tray 12 .
Put the baking tray 12 into the cooking
 
chamber 1 at middle rack level for
about 40–100 minutes (Cooking times
are depending on the desired degree

depending on the size and shape of the beef

Preparation
Marinate the chicken breasts with all
 
ingredients in a container . Cover the container
and keep it in the fridge for at least 1 hour .
Preheat the product to 200 °C for 10 minutes
 
(upper and lower heat) .
Cover the baking tray 12 with aluminium foil .
 
Put the marinaded chicken breast onto the
 
baking tray 12 . Put the baking tray into the
cooking chamber 1 at middle rack level .
Bake for about 20 minutes .
Take out the baking tray 12 from the cooking
 
chamber 1 .
Turn the chicken breasts over to the other side .
 
Return the baking tray 12 into the cooking
chamber 1 . Bake for 35–45 minutes until
fully cooked .

Put the chicken wings onto the grill rack 13 .
 
Put the grill rack into the cooking chamber 1
at middle rack level . Bake for 20 minutes .
Take out the grill rack 13 . Turn the chicken
 
wings over to the other side . Bake for another
15–25 minutes until fully cooked .
