TIPS
- Shaking smaller ingredients halfway during the preparation time optimizes the end result and can help
prevent unevenly fried ingredients.
- Add some oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result. Fry your ingredients in the air fryer within a few minutes
after you've added the oil.
- Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages in the air fryer.
- You can also use the air fryer to reheat ingredients. To reheat ingredients, set the temperature to 150°C
for up to 10 minutes.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

- Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for the appliance to cool down.
- Never immerse the device in water or any other liquid. The device is not dishwasher proof.
- The removable non-stick coated drawer and food basket are dishwasher safe but washing these parts
by hand is preferred.
- If dirt is stuck to the basket or the bottom of the pan, fill the pan with hot water with some washing-up
liquid. Put the basket in the pan and let the pan and the basket soak for about 10 minutes.
- Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring pad or steel wool,
which damages the device.
WARRANTY
Dalcq S.A. provides a specific warranty on all of the appliance's components subject to the
conditions below. The legal provisions relating to the warranty and the rights arising from
the law regarding liability as a result of faulty products are not affected. Any rights to sub-
sequent fulfilment and compensation of the purchaser in the event of defects shall remain
valid, subject to the relevant conditions being met. 1. Warranty term
The warranty applies to all components of the appliance and comes into effect on the date of purchase
(invoice date) for a period of 2 years of private use.
2. Purpose of the warranty
The warranty covers material, construction and manufacturing defects, as long as the defect is already
present at the time of delivery and the appliance has been handled correctly by the purchaser. The
warranty covers free-of-charge repair or replacement of one or more faulty components, or exchange of
the whole appliance for an appliance of the same value. It is the responsibility of Dalcq S. A. to choose
which action to take.
3. Warranty case
In the event of a malfunction/defect, you must immediately notify:
- The shop where you made your purchase.
- The after-sales department (by telephone (see note in point 7), in writing or by fax) before sending the
appliance, and provide it with a detailed description of the problem with photos.

4. Packaging
We recommend using the original box to send back the appliance. If other packaging is used, ensure that
it provides adequate protection against typical risks associated with shipping and that it has appropriate
protection devices. Simple cardboard packaging packed with paper is not enough. Dalcq S.A. cannot
be held responsible for any damage caused by unsuitable packaging. In this case, the warranty will be
invalidated. The after-sales department will tell you how to send the item and what charges are incurred.
5. Cleaning
If you do not clean the spare parts or the appliance before sending them/it back, Dalcq
S.A. will invoice a fixed amount for cleaning. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to prove that the actual
cost of cleaning is less than the fixed amount invoiced.
6. Cancellation of warranty entitlement
The warranty entitlement is cancelled:
- in the event of misuse or incorrect handling and storage (e.g. damage caused by moisture, high tem-
peratures)
- in the event of repairs, attempted repairs, modifications of any kind and use of non-original spare parts,
etc. not performed by Dalcq S.A. or by its approved companies
- in the event that unsuitable packaging or transport is used
- in the event of inappropriate mechanical influences on the appliance or on components of the appliance
- in the event of any incident not related to the machining and manufacture of the appliance, such as a
fall, collision, damage, fire, earthquake, damage caused by flooding, lightning, etc.
- if proof of purchase is not provided
- in the event of use other than private use, in particular in a commercial context
Any expenses incurred by Dalcq S.A. after a product is returned by the purchaser out of warranty or
without a right to restitution shall be borne by the purchaser.
