2. Alarm relay managed as a control of a normally closed valve
for anti-scald protection outside the heat treatment
Used to stop the water circulating if the temperature is too high.
Warning: this solution is to be used in addition to the anti-scald protections.
It does not protect the draw-off points during the heat treatment.
