Troubleshooting

In the case of a fault, fault codes appear on the display to simplify
localizing of the fault cause – see operating instructions of the tanning
device.
Note:
Troubleshootings of the tanning device are also indicated
for easier location of the fault cause as an error code in the
tanning device display (see operating instructions of the
tanning device).
If the fault cannot be eliminated, inform Customer Service

Special troubleshootings of the MULTIVISION box:
Error Meaning
Monitor switched off by
overheating protection.
Incorrect data transfer
between tanning device
and MULTIVISION box.
Incorrect data transfer
between tanning device
and MULTIVISION box.
Correction
Allow monitor to cool for
approx. 2 hours.
Then restart MULTIVISION
box.
Check for correct seating of
connections on MULTIVI-
SION box.
