Activating/deactivating the alarm time
In Time mode, repeatedly press the AL1/VOL- or the AL2/VOL+ button, until the dot on
the display next to the alarm time text goes out.
Snooze function (SNOOZE)
The automatically set alarm signal can be shut off for approx. 9 minutes with the SNOOZE/
SLEEP button. The dot next to the alarm time text flashes on the display.
Delayed shut-off
Would you like to fall asleep with radio music?
1. Switch the radio on and press the SNOOZE/SLEEP button. 90 (minutes) appears on
the display.
2. Press the SNOOZE/SLEEP button repeatedly to reduce the time in steps of 10.
• The OFF setting will deactivate the function.
• To display the still remaining time, briefly press the SNOOZE/SLEEP button. For
technical reasons, the activated function cannot be shown permanently on the display.
Cleaning
CAUTION:
• Do not dip the appliance in water.
• Do not use a wire brush or other abrasive objects.
• Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents.
• Remove the plug before cleaning.
• Clean the appliance with a slightly humid cloth without any additives.

Symptoms
The unit cannot be

Cause
The unit is blocked and
"hangs".
Solution
Pull the mains plug for approxi-
mately 5 seconds. Then connect
the unit again.
