Das in der nachfolgenden Betriebsan-
leitung beschriebene 2-Wege-Einbau-
ventil mit elektrischem Stellungsschal-
ter ist ein Sicherheitsbauteil, das nach
Artikel 1 b der Maschinenrichtlinie
89/392/EWG in der Fassung
98/37/EG vom 22. Juni 1998 konzi-
piert und gebaut wurde.
Entsprechend Artikel 8 der Maschinen-
richtlinie ist eine Konformitätserklärung
für Sicherheitsbauteile gemäss An-
hang II C und Anhang V am Ende der
Betriebsanleitung als Kopie beigefügt.
Die vorliegende Betriebsanleitung er-
füllt alle Anforderungen des Punktes
1.7.4 von Anhang I der Maschinenricht-
linie.
Sie ist darüber hinaus erweitert und
ergänzt um die Erfahrungen und Er-
kenntnisse der Bosch Rexroth AG bei
der Verwendung und Instandhaltung
derartiger Sicherheitsbauteile und ge-
währt so ein Höchstmass an Sicher-
heit bei der bestimmungsgemässen
Verwendung.

Demontage, Inbetriebnahme und In-
standhaltung, damit ein unsachgemä-

Foreword
The 2-way cartridge valve with electric
position switch described in this in-
struction manual constitutes a safety
component which is designed and
built in accordance with Article 1 b of
Machine Directive 89/392/EEC, as
amended on 22nd June 1999, version
98/37/EC.
At the end of this instruction manual
you will find a copy of the Declaration
of Conformity for safety components
in accordance with Article 8 of the
Machine Directive, Annex II C and
Annex V.
This instruction manual satisfies all the
requirements of Item 1.7.4 of Annex I
of the Machine Directive.
It also exceeds these requirements in
that it incorporates the experience and
expertise of the Bosch Rexroth AG in
the use and maintenance of safety
components of this kind. As such it re-
presents the maximum in safety with
regard to proper use of these valves.

sembly, putting into operation and re-

La valve cartouche à 2 voies avec cap-
tage de position électrique décrite
dans le Manuel d'utilisation suivant est
un composant de sécurité qui a été
conçu et construit selon l'article 1 b
de la Directive sur les machines
89/392/CEE dans la version
98/37/CE du 22 juin 1998.
Conformément à l'article 8 de la Direc-
tive sur les machines, une copie de la
déclaration de conformité pour les
composants de sécurité selon l'an-
nexe II C et l'annexe V est jointe à la
fin du Manuel d'utilisation.
Le présent Manuel d'utilisation satis-
fait à toutes les exigences du point
1.7.4 de l'annexe I de la Directive sur
les machines.
Il a en outre été élargi et enrichi des
expériences et connaissances de la
Bosch Rexroth AG dans l'utilisation et
la maintenance de tels composants de
sécurité et garantit ainsi un maximum
de sécurité en cas d'utilisation con-
forme aux prescriptions.
