Abluft-/Zuluftgitter
AZE 100 und AZE 100 P
Dieses Abluft- und Zuluftgitter wird bei KWL-Anla-
gen als Abschlusselement in Lüftungsleitungen
montiert.
Durch Verstellen eines drehbaren Segments ist ein
Volumenstrom von 10...60 m³/h fixierbar (Druck-
verlust = 10...60 Pa). Ein Filterelement vermeidet
Verschmutzungen in der Lüftungsleitung.
MAICO haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch bestim-
mungswidrigen Gebrauch verursacht werden.
Montagehinweise
•
Montage nur durch Fachkräfte durchführen.
•
Abmessungen (LxBxT) = 150x 150x 51,5 mm,
Einbautiefe 29 mm, passend für Rohre DN 100.
•
Für Decken- und Wandmontage geeignet,
Gehäuseabstand Wand/Decke = min. 20 mm.
•
Befestigungsmaterial bauseitig bereitstellen.
•
Nach dem Einbau Volumenstrommessung ge-
mäß Planungsunterlagen durchführen – Kenn-
linien siehe Rückseite.
Exhaust/Supply air grille
AZE 100 and AZE 100 P
This exhaust air and supply air grille is mounted as
final element in ventilation ducts with controlled
domestic ventilation systems.
A volumetric flow of 10 ... 60 m³/h can be set by
adjusting a rotatable segment (pressure loss =
10...60 Pa). A filter element prevents the ventilation
duct from pollution.
MAICO cannot be held responsible for damages
caused by non-authorised use.
Assembly instructions
•
Make sure that assembly is carried out by expert
personnel.
•
Dimensions (LxWxD)=150x150x51.5 mm, instal-
lation depth 29 mm, suitable for DN 100 ducts.
•
Suitable for ceiling and wall installations, distance
from housing to wall/ceiling = min. 20 mm.
•
Mounting material must be supplied by the customer.
•
Carry out the volumetric flow measurement after
installation according to the planning documents –
characteristic curves are shown on the reverse side.

Reinigung der Abdeckung
•
Abdeckung mit angefeuchteten Tuch reinigen.
•
Abdeckung nicht für die
Spülmaschine geeignet.
Filterwechsel
•
Abdeckung abnehmen (kein Werkzeug erforder-
lich).
•
Filter alle 2...3 Monate wechseln:
– Ersatzfilter AZE 100 = Typ ZRF
– Ersatzfilter AZE 100 P = Typ AZP
•
Abdeckung anbringen.
Cleaning of the cover
•
Clean the cover with a moist cloth.
•
The cover is not designed
for dishwashers.
Filter change
•
Remove cover (no tools required)
•
Change filter every 2 - 3 months:
– Replacement filter AZE 100 = type ZRF
– Replacement filter AZE 100 P = type AZP
•
Then fit cover.
