OSTEOTOMY

The EMS Surgery instruments for osteotomy are
minimally invasive. They allow for a selective cut
with high precision and safety.
These cutting instruments cut, split, drill and
harvest bone tissue thanks to the ultrasonic oscilla-
tions without damaging soft tissue. This oscillatory
movement produces frictional heat.
Before using these instruments, the working area
must be prepared by removing the soft tissue if
necessary.
These instruments must be used in "Surgery"
mode to obtain an optimum cutting efficiency when
working on mineralized tissue.
Do not use these cutting instruments on
nerves or membranes.
The marks on the instrument are used to
control the cutting depth (when applicable).

Ces instruments coupent, fendent, forent, et
collectent le tissu osseux grâce aux oscillations
ultrasoniques sans léser les tissus mous. Ce
mouvement oscillant produit de la chaleur par
friction.
Avant d'utiliser ces instruments, le champ opéra-
toire doit être préparé en dégageant les tissus
mous si nécessaire.
Ces instruments doivent être utilisés en mode
"Surgery" afin d'obtenir une efficacité de coupe
optimale sur les tissus minéralisés.
Ne pas utiliser ces instruments coupants sur
les nerfs ou les membranes.
Les marquages sur l'instrument servent à
visualiser la profondeur de coupe (si applicable).

bohren und gewinnen Knochengewebe aufgrund
der Ultraschallschwingungen, ohne Weichgewebe
zu verletzen oder zu beschädigen. Diese schwin-
gende Bewegung erzeugt Reibungswärme.
Vor der Anwendung dieser Instrumente muss der
Arbeitsbereich gegebenenfalls durch Entfernung
des Weichgewebes vorbereitet werden.
Diese Instrumente müssen im Modus "Surgery"
verwendet werden für eine optimale Schneidelei-
stung bei der Arbeit an mineralisiertem Gewebe.
Verwenden Sie die Schneideinstrumente
nicht an Nerven oder Membranen.
Die Markierungen auf dem Instrument
werden zur Kontrolle der Schnitttiefe verwendet
(gegebenenfalls).
