ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Carry out ordinary maintenance operations described in the manual of the machine incorporating
the motor pump; unless otherwise indicated, for the motor pump you must remember the following.
MAINTENANCE INTERVAL
On each use.
Every 50 hours.
(1) This control must be more frequent if the motor pump works in the presence of strong vibrations.
EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
WARNING
• Extraordinary maintenance must only be carried out by a Specialist Technician.

MAINTENANCE INTERVAL
At the end of each season or
once a year.
CAUTION
• The data shown in the table is indicative. More frequent maintenance services may be required in
the case of particularly heavy duty use.
DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL
The motor pump must be demolished only by qualified staff and in conformity with the laws in force in the
country in which the machine incorporating it is installed.
WARNING
• Before scrapping the motor pump, make it unusable, by cutting the power cable and rendering
harmless any parts which could constitute a hazard for children if they play with the motor pump.
TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING
• Also follow the instructions contained in the manual of the machine incorporating the motor
pump.

• Check and clean the suction filter.
• Check the power cable, the high pressure pipes, the tightening
of the clamps and the correct insertion of the hooks (5).
If one or more parts are damaged, do not use the machine:
contact a Specialist Technician.
• Check the integrity of the suction circuit.
• Check the fixing of the motor pump to the structure of the
machine incorporating it.
If the motor pump fixing is loose, do not use the machine:
contact a Specialist Technician (1).
• Check the safety devices.
